Sound Healing Meditation is a deeply restorative and immersive experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably in a group setting.
A yoga mat, blanket and cushion are required to allow warmth and support, to enjoy the experience and completely let go.
While being guided gently, using simple breathing technique and grounding; you will experience the vibrations and tones from Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes and quartz crystal bowls inducing deep relaxation.
Sound healing is known to improve concentration and mental clarity, but overall many enjoy it as it promotes a sense of calm, peace and personal autonomy and connection.
